Sweden
A winter in Sweden almost guarantees a white Christmas. The country provides a huge variety of outdoor activities including snow skiing and mountain hiking. It is also a country steeped in history and tradition, with historic sites and Viking graves to visit. Most towns offer a wide variety of social activities. In the far North it almost never gets dark during the beautiful summer time.
Sweden is the forth largest country in Europe and has vast expanses of forest and lakes, with half the land covered with trees only 10% of the land is farmed.
